Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are available to all Members who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 for bank transfers and Rp 50.000 for e-wallet channels. There is no processing fee charged by ws0288 on any withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ws0288 account. ws0288 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) are typically processed within the same session. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay generally settle in under five minutes.
ws0288 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC, resolution of a dispute, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with an applicable legal or regulatory obligation. In all such cases, we will notify the Member of the reason for the delay within 48 hours.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to Real Money Funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirements as described in Clause 7.

You may request closure of your ws0288 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any outstanding Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 10 business days, provided KYC verification is complete. ws0288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
